The United Lintrin Government is the largest national group in the whole Lintrin, with 340 member states. Among them, five core member states are the permanent members of the United Lintrin Global Security Organization Supreme Council, and another 32 member states are periodically rotated or elected into the United Lintrin Global Security Organization Council.
The United Lintrin Government has several subsidiary organizations to maintain and promote the world forward. The main organs and some important organizations are as follows:
- Lintrin General Assembly: The main deliberative, decision-making, and representative organ of the United Government, composed of 340 member states from Aeternalys, each with one vote. Responsible for discussing any issue within the scope of the Charter, approving the budget, electing ordinary members of the Global Security Organization, etc.
- English name: United Lintrin General Assembly, ULGA.
- United Lintrin Global Security Organization: The organ for maintaining world peace and stability. It has the core armed force "United Government Armed Forces" and the "United Government Global Peacekeeping Force" formed by selection from global nations. The armed force ratio between the former and latter is controlled at about 2:5.
- English name: United Lintrin Global Security Organization, ULGSO.
- Lintrin International Court: The principal judicial organ of the United Government. Responsible for adjudicating legal disputes between states and providing advisory opinions on legal questions authorized by the Lintrin General Assembly, ULGSO, etc.

- United Lintrin Administration: The administrative organ of the United Government. Composed of tens of thousands of international civil servants, responsible for implementing decisions of other organs, managing peacekeeping operations, mediating conflicts, organizing international conferences, and other daily work.

- Association for Extranormal and Global Incursion Surveillance: An organization established after the disaster of rifts, responsible for monitoring and researching global rift phenomena. This organization also manages global extranormals; all persons performing extranormal tasks must have a license from the Association for Extranormal and Global Incursion Surveillance.

- United Government Global Development Programme: The largest global development network on Aeternalys, operating in about 276 countries and regions, dedicated to eradicating poverty, reducing inequality, strengthening democratic governance, and building disaster resilience in the era of rift disasters.
- English name: United Lintrin Global Development Programme, ULGDP.
- United Government Administration of Rift Phenomena: The highest administrative and special armed department under the United Lintrin Government for managing and assisting in managing global rift phenomena and rift spaces. Its headquarters is located near the "Central Rift" in the United Government Islands. For rift phenomena and rift spaces in ungoverned areas, high seas, and airspace, the United Government Administration of Rift Phenomena has the highest administrative management and adjudication authority; for rift phenomena and rift spaces within the territories of various countries, the United Government Administration of Rift Phenomena has the obligation to assist and supervise relevant countries in effective management and control.
